SubQ Injection: 100-300mcg as needed, approximately 2-3 hours before bed. Nasal Spray: 100-150mcg per nostril, as needed, approximately 2-3 hours before bed. No standard cycle duration; some sources recommend 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, others suggest 8 weeks on 4 weeks off. Exercise judgment. Break: 2-4 weeks between cycles.
