1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PeptaBase (peptabase.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of PeptaBase, including those who access the database, calculators, comparison tools, or any account features.
2. Subscription & Billing
PeptaBase offers monthly and annual subscription plans that unlock account features including injection logging, protocol management, and inventory tracking. Subscription pricing and plan details are listed on the Pricing page.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually — at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize PeptaBase to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscription charges are processed securely through our payment provider. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. PeptaBase does not issue refunds on any subscription payments under any circumstances.
This no-refund policy applies to all subscription tiers, billing periods, and payment types — including monthly plans, annual plans, and any promotional or discounted rates.
No exceptions are made for partial billing periods, unused time, accidental purchases, plan upgrades or downgrades, or any other reason.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Settings. No cancellation fees apply.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your subscription features until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to free access and no further charges will be made.
To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to Settings, and follow the cancellation steps. If you experience difficulty cancelling, contact us at contact@peptabase.com and we will process the cancellation manually.
5. Disclaimer
All content on PeptaBase is provided for research and educational reference purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, and nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Peptide entries, dosage summaries, mechanism descriptions, protocol language, and citation references are descriptive summaries of published research literature. They are not instructions for personal use, clinical application, or self-experimentation.
PeptaBase does not sell peptides, endorse vendors, or make treatment claims. The site exists to organize research-level information in a structured, citation-backed format for researchers, clinicians, students, and informed readers.
