MOTS-C/NAD+ Prep: 5mg 5x per week for 2 weeks, then start MOTS-C or NAD+ cycle. Consider a lower dose of SS-31 on off days to keep mitochondria healthy. Low Dose Maintenance: 500mcg 5x per week. SS-31 dosing protocols vary greatly depending on source.
