SubQ Dosing: 200-400mcg per day. Oral Dosing: 250mcg twice daily. Cycling KPV is not strictly required; however, it is recommended to reassess needs every 30 days. Inject: Abdomen (preferred for gut issues), thigh, upper arm. Break: 2-4 weeks to assess baseline.
